Costs

Costs vary based on teams level, schedule and their age group. Each player’s fees include: coaching, court time, tournament fees, uniform package, equipment, coaches per diem/travel and administrative costs. The tuition fees for each level are shown in the chart below. The Academy group costs will cover the coaching, court time and the administrative fees.

Player’s travel, hotel and food costs for tournaments are not included in the fees and are the responsibility of each family.

Prices for basic uniform packages are included in the tuition. Some items will be offered as extras, but will not be included in the base Club Dues pricing.

Our payment policy is as follows:

1. Payment in full, before the start of each session for Ecademy players.
2. $500 down payment by Aug 15 for 15U-18U players.
3. $500 down payment by Sept 20 for 11-12-13-14U players.

Players will not be able to practice until this initial payment is made. The balance of fees will be paid in 6 equal monthly installments starting Nov 1st, after the initial down payment.

We offer a 5% pay in full discount or a 5% sibling discount.

We expect all of our players to keep their accounts in good standing. We will offer a 7 days grace period for payments to be made. If your child’s account is not paid within this grace period, they will not be allowed to play in the next upcoming tournament.
